The Wynn Las Vegas hotel became the world’s most beautiful and aesthetic place for 7-10 of July – all due to The Aesthetic Show (TAS) being held there. The Aesthetic Show is the only truly multispecialty conference in the US that attracts the top practitioners from every field of medicine across the globe.
From medical innovations and procedures to practice and business management insights and tools – all aesthetic professionals need to strengthen their practice. There have been extensive opportunities to learn and network with more than 80 key opinion leaders and subject matter experts and hundreds of practitioners who brought unique medical perspectives that couldn’t be found elsewhere in one place, at one time. During four days of TAS, participants could meet and learn from the broadest range of the savviest professionals in the country of the full spectrum of medical specialties practicing aesthetics.
At this cross-disciplinary event, aesthetics professionals have gotten the rare opportunity to work with practitioners of different backgrounds and find solutions to be not discovered in their own discipline. TAS has offered not only a wide range of education opportunities but a valuable experience exchange live platform for experts who came from different places, and had various skillsets and unique talents joined with a common passion and dedication to the medical aesthetics profession. Dozens of experts in allergology, cosmetic and plastic surgery, dental, dermatology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthodontics, orthopedics, otolaryngology, primary care, radiology, urology have been openly disputing and discussing their cases and approaches to find the best solutions. Amongst others, can’t forget to notice a case of a special guest from Ukraine invited by AQ Skin Solutions and ELEVAI Labs. MD Alona Bohoslavets, a dermatologist and a general innovations involvement manager, shared her audacious experience in the treatment of posttraumatic and burn wounds with growth factors and stem cells exosome technology primarily developed for solving the needs in regenerative aesthetic medicine.
Not only strict medical topics have been spotlighted during TAS, but studies on marketing, management, business administration, etc. Amongst them were the certified aesthetic practice programs dedicated to filling the gaps in business training not covered in traditional medical education providing professionals with targeted focused content and detailed steps essential to building and managing successful practices and guiding them through obstacles and pitfalls. Practice management and marketing studies included process improvement sessions, enhancing presence in person, on-camera and online educational modules, marketing and sales strategies for the aesthetic practice sessions, company culture and leadership panel, and growing pains in practice: choices and challenges workshop. Attendees of the “Marketing to Millenials” master course have learned the most effective strategies for building lifetime trust with the modern millennial patients that are the most valuable, untapped consumer market in medical aesthetics. The workshop on how to create a marketplace to sell memberships, packages, and treatment plans introduced attendees to the convenient platform that gives patients the ability to cover all the issues right from their mobile devices. Mythbusters module revealed how myths doctors believe regarding taxes, lawsuits, and estate planning put life and practice at risk.
Put simply, The Aesthetic Show 2022 was a tremendous event above the competition. We are looking forward to seeing you next year, July 6-9, 2023 in the very same place – Wynn Las Vegas. Because it’s the place, where science meets beauty.
